1 veggie burger patty with black bean or lentil-based

Ingredients

2 fresh sliced or dried figs

1 whole wheat bun

1 whole wheat bun

1 tbsp hummus

A handful of baby spinach

1 slice of avocado A pinch of paprika

Wash figs and spinach then cut into slices

Procedure

Cook the veggie patty to became golden and crispy

Toast the bun and spread hummus on both sides

Place the patty on the bottom bun, then add fig slices, avocado, and baby spinach.
