Philly Cheesesteak with a Figgy Twist 🧀🥩
1/2 cup
thinly sliced steak
Ingredients
2 fresh or figs
1 whole wheat sub roll
1 slice provolone cheese
1/4 cup
sautéed onions
and bell peppers
1 tbsp light cream cheese
Wash figs then cut into slice & cook steak slices
Procedure
Sauté the onions and bell peppers, then add the cooked steak slices
Toast the sub roll and spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side
Add the steak, figs, and sautéed veggies
Top with provolone cheese
