Fish Fillet & Fig Fusion Sandwich ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿž

1 crispy baked or fried fish fillet

Ingredients

2 fresh sliced or dried figs

1 whole wheat bun

1 tbsp tartar sauce

A handful of arugula

1 slice Swiss cheese

A squeeze of lemon

Bake or fry the fish fillet until get golden and crispy

Procedure

Wash figs and spinach then cut into slices

Toast the bun and spread tartar sauce on both halves

Place the fish fillet on the bottom bun, top with Swiss cheese, fig slices, and arugula.

Add a squeeze of lemon, close the sandwich
