1 whole wheat tortilla

Ingredients

1/2 cup cooked black beans

2 fresh or dried figs

A sprinkle of cumin

1/4 cup cooked brown rice

1 tbsp guacamole

Cook brown rice & black beans

Procedure

Then Wash figs & cut into slices

Layer the tortilla with black beans, brown rice, figs and guacamole

Roll it tightly and sprinkle with cumin for extra flavor
