Fig & Vanilla Panna Cotta
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp gelatin
Blend figs to get a puree
Heat cream, sugar with vanilla
Procedure
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved
Mix fig puree with cream mixture
Pour into molds and chill for 2 hours
