Fig & Vanilla Custard Tart
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 pie crust
2 cups milk
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F
Procedure
Cook milk and sugar until it warm
Whisk egg yolks then gradually add milk
Pour custard into pie crust and then layer with figs
Bake for 25 minutes & Cool before to serve
