Fig & Vanilla Cream Puffs
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 cup puff pastry
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 400°F and bake puff pastry until golden
Procedure
Chop figs and mix with whipped cream and powdered sugar
Fill puff pastry with the fig cream mixture
Dust with extra powdered sugar before serving
