Fig & Mascarpone Cheesecake Bites
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1/2 cup mascarpone
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
Graham cracker crumbs
Mix mascarpone, sugar with egg until smooth mixture
Procedure
Stir all mixture in chopped figs
Pour mixture into mini muffin tins lined with graham crumbs
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes
Cool before serving
