Fig & Lemon Tartlets

1 cup dried figs

Ingredients

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp coconut oil

Wash & blend figs and lemon juice to mix well

Procedure

Mix graham crackers, honey and coconut oil

Press graham mix into tartlet molds

Then fill with fig-lemon paste

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
