Fig & Lemon Cheesecake
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pie crust
Blend cream cheese, sugar with lemon juice to get smooth texture
Procedure
Fold in chopped figs & pour into the pie crust
Bake for 30 minutes
Chill before serving
