Fig & Lemon Bars

1/2 cup dried figs

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup lemon juice 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish

Procedure

Mix flour, sugar, and lemon juice

Beat in eggs and fold in chopped figs

Pour into the dish and bake for 25 minutes

Cool and cut into bars before serving
