Fig & Honey Cheesecake
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup graham
cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350°F & prepare a cheesecake pan
Procedure
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom
Beat cream cheese and honey until get smooth mixture
Then fold in chopped figs
Pour mixture over crust and bake for 40 minutes
Cool and refrigerate before serving
Figs – the fruit which gives sweetness of Heaven
