Fig-Glazed Chow Mein

1 cup chow mein noodles

Ingredients

4 ripe figs pureed

bean sprouts & cabbage

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

Sesame seeds for garnish

Wash figs make a puree

Procedure

Boil chow mein noodles according to instructions

Cook mixed vegetables in a little oil until tender

Mix pureed figs with soy sauce and oyster sauce

Pour over stir-fried vegetables during last minute of cooking

Mix cooked noodles with glazed vegetables

Garnish with sesame seeds
