Fig & Gingerbread Bars
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 cup gingerbread mix
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ginger minced
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish
Procedure
Mix gingerbread mix with water and sugar
Fold in chopped figs
Pour batter into the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes
Cool and cut into bars to serve
Figs – the fruit which gives sweetness of Heaven
