Fig & Ginger Scones

1/2 cup dried figs

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1/4 cup grated ginger

Preheat oven to 400Β°F

Procedure

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder with grated ginger in a bowl

Fold in chopped figs

Add milk until a dough forms

Shape into rounds and bake for 15-20 minutes
