Fig & Ginger Cake
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup grated ginger
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish
Procedure
Mix flour, sugar with grated ginger
Melt butter and mix into dry ingredients
Fold in chopped figs and pour into the dish
Bake for 25-30 minutes and cool before slicing
Figs – the fruit which gives sweetness of Heaven
