Fig & Coconut Macaroons

1/2 cup dried figs

Ingredients

1 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend figs and coconut in a food processor

Procedure

Mix in condensed milk with vanilla

Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking sheet

Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.

Let cool before serving!
