Fig & Chia Seed Jam
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp honey
Blend figs with water until it smooth in texture
Procedure
Stir in chia seeds and honey
Let sit for 30 minutes to thicken
Serve on toast or as a topping for desserts!
