Fig & Carrot Cake Muffins
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350°F
Procedure
Mix flour, sugar and grated carrots
Stir in oil and chopped figs
Spoon batter into muffin tins
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy warm!
