Fig & Cardamom Rice Pudding

1/2 cup dried figs

Ingredients

1 cup cooked rice

2 cups milk

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp cardamom

In a saucepan, combine cooked rice, milk, sugar with cardamom

Procedure

Cook over medium heat until thickened

Stir in chopped figs and cook for another 5 minutes

Serve warm or chilled
