Fig & Cardamom Pudding
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp
cornstarch
1 tsp cardamom
Blend figs with 1 cup of milk until get creamy
Procedure
In a saucepan, mix remaining milk, sugar with cornstarch
Cook until thickened, then add fig mixture and cardamom
Pour into bowls and chill until set
Serve cold, garnished with a fig slice
Figs – the fruit which gives sweetness of Heaven
