Fig & Caramel Tart
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 pie crust
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cream
Cook sugar and butter until caramelized
Procedure
Add cream and stir until to get smooth mixture
Pour caramel over figs in the pie crust
Bake for 20 minutes & Cool before serving
Figs – the fruit which gives sweetness of Heaven
