Fig & Caramel Pudding Cups
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1/4 cup caramel sauce
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Wash & figs and caramel sauce
Procedure
Heat milk, sugar, and cornstarch until mixture thickened
Stir in fig-caramel mix
Pour into cups and chill for 1 hour
Serve topped with whipped cream
