Fig & Blueberry Galette
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
1 cup
blueberries
1 pie crust
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375°F
Procedure
Spread blueberries and chopped figs on pie crust
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Fold edges over filling and bake for 30 minutes
Serve warm with ice cream!
