Fig & Berry Smoothie Bowl

1/2 cup dried figs

Ingredients

1 pie crust

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F

Procedure

Cook lemon juice, sugar, and eggs in a saucepan to get thickened

Pour into the pie crust and layer with chopped figs

Bake for 25 minutes & Cool before slicing and serving
