Fig & Apple Galette
1/2 cup dried figs
Ingredients
2 sliced apples
1 pie crust
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375°F
Procedure
Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet
Layer sliced apples and chopped figs in the center
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Fold the crust edges over and bake for 25-30 minutes
