Fig and Vegetable Lo Mein
1 cup lo mein noodles
Ingredients
2 fresh or dried figs
Mixed vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, broccoli
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
Sesame oil for drizzling
Boil lo mein noodles according to instructions
Procedure
Stir-fry mixed vegetables in a little oil until tender
Sauté sliced figs in a little oil until caramelized
Mix cooked noodles with sautéed vegetables, caramelized figs, soy sauce,
and hoisin sauce
Drizzle with sesame oil
