Fig and Arugula Fish Tacos

1 lb white fish (cod or tilapia)

Ingredients

1/4 cup chopped fresh figs

1/4 cup arugula 2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lime juice Salt and pepper to taste

8 corn tortillas Avocado slices for garnish

Cut white fish  into small pieces

Procedure

Pan-fry the fish pieces until cooked properly

Mix chopped figs with arugula

Place cooked fish on tortillas

Top with fig-arugula mixture

Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice
