Fig & Almond Biscotti

1/2 cup dried figs

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup almonds

1/4 cup sugar & 2 eggs

To form a dough, mix flour, sugar, and eggs

Procedure

blend figs and almonds

Shape into logs and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes

Slice into biscotti and bake again for 10 minutes

Fig & Almond Biscotti is perfect with coffee!
