π Ingredients for 4 Hungry people
- 1 cup polenta (boiled cornmeal) π½
- 4 cups water π§
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per your tasteπ§
- 1/4 cup pine nuts & other as per your love π°
- 8 fresh figs, quartered (if fresh not available then use dried) π
- 2 tablespoons honeyπ―
- 1 tablespoon butter π§
- 1/4 cup milk π₯

The Polenta Pour π
- Take your beautiful pot to keep it to boil the water in it.
Check the water has been boiled and bubbling away! - Slowly pour your cornmeal (polenta) in the water while whisking.
Keep stirring continuously until it become thicker to set polenta properly. - Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, keep the mixture stirring now and then.

Pine Nut Toasting π
While your polenta is cooking, in a dry pan toast those pine nuts on medium flame. Do not burn it slowly toss it and toat it properly!

Slice those figs into small slices or pieces. If you’re feeling fancy, you can make little fig flowers with the fig slices.
